Services
Therapy for the losses that don't have easy answers.
Whether you're navigating acute grief, complex trauma, or the slow erosion of a life that no longer looks like it used to — there is a place for your experience here.
What to expect
Sessions are 60 minutes and held weekly or bi-weekly depending on your needs. I work with adults only. All services are available via telehealth throughout California, Idaho and Washington. (Oregon coming soon).
I don't offer a one-size-fits-all approach. The modalities I use — cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic experiencing and internal family systems — are tools I draw from based on what's actually happening for you, not a protocol I run everyone through.
01
Grief Counseling
For loss that the world doesn't always know how to hold.
Grief is not a linear process, and it doesn't follow a timeline. Whether you've lost a person, a relationship, a version of yourself, or a future you'd counted on — grief counseling creates space to process what happened without being rushed toward resolution.
We work at your pace. Some sessions are heavy. Some are surprisingly ordinary. All of them are yours.
—Acute and prolonged grief
—Anticipatory grief and terminal illness
—Complicated grief and grief that feels stuck
—Loss of identity, role, or life chapter
02
Loss Support
For the grief that doesn't come with a casserole.
Not all losses are recognized by the people around us. Miscarriage, estrangement, infertility, the end of a friendship, the loss of a dream — these are real losses that deserve real support, even when the world doesn't offer it.
Loss support therapy is for people who are carrying something heavy and have nowhere to put it. You don't need a death certificate to deserve care.
—Pregnancy loss and infertility grief
—Estrangement from family or close relationships
—Disenfranchised and invisible grief
—Life transitions and identity loss
03
Trauma Therapy
For what happened — and what it left behind.
Trauma is not just what happened to you. It's what your nervous system learned in order to survive it. Trauma therapy works with the whole person — mind, body, and the stories you've built around your experience — to help you move through what's been keeping you stuck.
I use somatic experiencing as a primary modality for trauma work. This approach is evidence-based and works with the body's own capacity to heal, not just the narrative you can put into words. Learn more about Somatic Experiencing

Common questions
Not sure where to start?
That's okay. Most people aren't. A free 15-minute consultation is a low-stakes way to ask questions and see if this feels right.
